One to One
Practice Interview
A one to one interview session where you will be asked three mock interview questions on competencies of your choosing. You will receive on the day feedback and written feedback from the session. You will also receive the full Competency Ebook set as part of this package.

ABOUT ME
I'm a Detective Chief Inspector currently working for Greater Manchester Police and have over 17 years of experience, working both as a Uniform Officer and a Detective.

One of my passions has always been developing my teams and ensuring that they have the right support and opportunity to develop themselves, but the biggest issue that people have when approaching interviews or promotion processes is understanding how they can give the best performance on the day to get the job.

I've sat on Promotion Processes for Sergeants and Inspectors as well as initial Student Officer recruitment panels. I can show you how to build your examples and be prepared for any question the interviewers may ask you. It's a skill and it can be learned.
